Hi Chris, jason here from Wynnstay, saw a band, probably 10 years ago in chester called –
The Back Beat Beatles, could they be one of the same, i have to say they where brilliant then, and i have to say i was never a beatles fan, not that i was old enough to follow them in there hayday but, if they are one of the same, i bet they where worth every penny….

Hi, it was a brilliant sight to see the Beatles playing a album that was never performed live. It was amazing & I really didn’t want the show to end. There is enough great tunes for these guys to play til 4 am. I hope they come back & do “The White Album”. Peace & love guys, peace & love.

Thanks for the write up! Sounds like you had a great evening!! I’m a big fan of The Beatles, and The Backbeat Beatles! Unfortunately I was unable to go and see them at The Phil but am hoping to get to The Lowry in March to see them. Love the few pics you’ve got on here…. any chance of seeing a few more??

Good job, Chris. Concise and to the point. I’d definitely go see them. I agree…the high mic stand so that he had to stretch his neck a bit was a good touch. Anytime I picture John playing live it’s with his necked stretched a bit and legs slightly wide, as if he’s riding a skinny horse.

FWIW Chris…here’s the Beatle band who’s big in my area. I’ve seen them and they too, are remarkably good.
