The studio is 35 minutes from Rhyl, Chester and Wrexham
Pretty much everywhere on this map is less than a 2 hour drive from the studio
(at the default magnification)

Directions

The Studio is situated in the historic market town of Ruthin, at the very heart of the beautiful Vale of Clwyd, just 35 minutes from the city of Chester and with easy access to the M56/M6/M60 motorway network.  Ruthin is approached by the A494 from the east and west, and by the A525 from north and south.

Visitors from the North West (north of Stafford)
take the M6 > M56 > A494.
Liverpool, Warrington, Crewe, Nantwich - approx 1 hour
Preston, Manchester – approx 1hr 30 mins
Sheffield, Leeds, – approx 1 hr 50mins

From the Midlands: M6 > M54 > A5 > A542 > A525
Shrewsbury – approx 1 hour
Birmingham – approx 1hr 50mins
Coventry – approx 2hrs 20mins

Parking

There are two car parks within 50 yards of the studio (£1 for 3 hours) and free parking at the Craft Centre 150 yards away, opposite Tesco.  On-street parking is for residents permit holders only, but you are okay to stop for five minutes to unload.
