Local Directions

The town is approached from the North and South by the A525, and from the East and West, by the A494.  Once in the town, follow signs for “Through Traffic”.  At the Tesco’s roundabout, turn uphill taking the third exit after the superstore, signposted “Town Centre”. The Studio is just fifty yards from the roundabout on the left as you start to climb the hill.

Should you find yourself at the town centre, characterized by its magnificent Tudor style timbered buildings and sandstone clock tower, turn downhill onto Market Street immediately after the HSBC bank.

Car Parks

On-street parking is restricted to permit holders only but you can pull up right outside the studio for a few minutes to load/unload and collect your change for the car park.

We will pay your car park fees whilst you are at our studio (up to the maximum long-stay car park rate) and always have plenty of change available for this purpose.  All the town’s car parks are 10p for 30 minues and £1 for up to three hours.

The nearest is 30 yards down from the studio on the opposite side of Market Street adjacent to the Tesco’s roundabout. Should this be full, there is a large “Shoppers Car Park” halfway up Market Street about 60 yards from the studio.
